HS CREW!!We are coming to you live from Montreal and it is a beautiful afternoon at least it is on the bus it is raining outside! I am looking out the window of the bus right now and you guys are lined up in the pouring rain. I want to buy you all ponchos and hot cocoa. HS fans never cease to amaze us! Anyways we have a lot to catch you up on. So let’s get into it! Let’s backtrack all the way to Friday April 23rd we rolled into NYC and right over to MTV to soundcheck for our live chat later that evening. Once we wrapped there, we hopped over to Queens to check out the new CitiField the new ballpark of the New York Mets and we got to sing the National Anthem to kick off their series with the Atlanta Braves. We got to go on the field, watch batting practice and see the players warm-up! We got back to MTV and right in time to perform live for Buzzworthy and our HS Crew–we love you! We got to go back to Nokia Theater in Times Square and play our biggest NYC city show EVER! It was such a great night, the HS Crew was on FIRE all night long and made the show really special. Larger than life in Times Square! We also had Timbaland’s DJ Freestyle, spin all night long he is the man and it got us thinking that we should have a DJ out on our next headlining tour. What do you guys think? After NYC, we raced to Washington D.C. for a Earth Day Festival on the lawn of the National Mall. Sting, The Roots, Bob Weir and Patrick Stump were all there too. It was unreal to play a show in the shadows of the National Monument and have the Capital in the background! It was an honor to be invited and perform with so many of our heroes. We wrapped up our show at the Rock n’ Roll Hotel and it was the best!! The District was on fire tonight and the HS Crew packed out the club. It was an awesome way to cap off an awesome weekend. Bringing it to Norva After we packed up in D.C. we jumped in a cab and headed toward Norfolk, Va for our second show of the day at the Norva! The second show was just as hot as the first! We woke up the next day back in D.C The D.C. fans came out in force and got us re-energized. The espressos from the coffee shop next door helped too hahaha!! From D.C. we went North up to New Haven, CT for a show at Toad’s Place. It has soooo much history! Everybody has played there from the Rolling Stones to Billy Idol to Megadeath! The show was so cool and seeing all of you guys there made it a perfect return to CT! After New Haven, we swung around to Allentown for a show at Crocodile Rock and again you guys showed up in force. I was actually talking to one of the security guards after the set, and he told me that HS fans are by far the loudest he has seen come through so again, well done. Hahaha. By the way, who grabbed a slice of pizza from the parlor that is attached? It was soo good I mean, maybe we have been away from NYC for too long and my radar is off, but I thought that it was legitimately a good slice. Updates from Boston, Raleigh, Nashville, Charlotte, Atlanta coming soon so stay tuned! The tour is wrapping up and we are going to make these last few shows the best yet. We just finished our West Coast swing with really hot shows in Scottsdale, San Francisco, Los Angeles and Denver. In Scottsdale we visited the Martini Ranch, where we had played before on our ‘Fashionably Late’ Tour… and just like last time, the desert brought it!! We had a great time hanging out in Old Town and partying with y’all!!

From there we rolled to San Francisco, where we got to sing the National Anthem at a Giants game! It was super-super dope!! Barry Zito took the mound against the Oakland A’s… and kind of got rocked… but, we definitely enjoyed rocking out at AT&T Park!! We saw a bunch of you guys in the stands. Thanks for coming out and supporting us! The next night, we were at the Great American Music Hall and it was one of the coolest venues that we have ever played! If you came out to that show, then you know what were talking about… a beautiful, ornate building… did I say beautiful? San Francisco was an awesome show, definitely one of the best of the tour.

The tour headed South from San Fran down to Los Angeles!! We had a BIG show over at Club Nokia at LA Live. We had DJ Michelle Pesce at the show spinning our favorite records before the show and there was a killer after-party that went down in the VIP lounge. Thanks to everyone that stayed around to hang with us!

We went straight from LA to Denver and got crazy at the Marquis Theater… which coincidentally has an incredible pizza parlor inside the club… INCREDIBLE pizza… I think we ate like 4 pies!!

Looking forward to Minneapolis, Chicago and Pittsburgh this week! Hope to see some of you out there!

What’s up everyone! We wanted to give you guys some updates.

We’re currently on the road with Timbaland as part of his Shock Value II Tour and its been awesome! To tour with one of the greatest and most influential producers ever is a dream come true, literally. Back in the days of rehearsing everyday in Alex’s basement we used to dream of working with artists like Timbaland, and its because of you guys and your incredible support that we’re getting to live out our dreams.

 86 NFL STARS TO SHINE WEEK BEFORE SUPER BOWL IN SOUTH FLORIDA

MIAMI, Jan. 13 /PRNewswire/ — To kick off the week leading up to Super Bowl XLIV, breakout band and family favorite HONOR SOCIETY will perform the pregame show and National Anthem before McDONALD’S PRESENTS THE 2010 PRO BOWL, the NFL announced today.
The 2010 Pro Bowl will be played on Sunday, January 31 and televised live on ESPN at 7:20 PM ET from Dolphin Stadium in South Florida, also the site of Super Bowl XLIV a week later on Sunday, February 7.
Ticket prices range from $50 to $195 and may be purchased on NFL.COM and TICKETMASTER.COM or by calling 800-745-3000.
Prior to the game, ticketholders will be able to check out the new free NFL Gameday Fan Plaza, the NFL’s festival area at Dolphin Stadium that also will be open on Super Bowl Sunday. NFL Gameday Fan Plaza will feature musical acts, player appearances and autograph opportunities, the largest assortment of NFL merchandise, and refreshments. The national championships of the NFL’s FLAG Tournament of Champions also will take place on a specially designed turf field in the heart of Gameday Fan Plaza on Pro Bowl Sunday preceding the game.
Rolling Stone’s “Band to Watch” and an MTV “Buzzworthy Artist,” Honor Society is one of the most talked about bands of 2009. Having just completed their tour with JONAS BROTHERS and JORDIN SPARKS, they will tour with TIMBALAND starting January 16. MICHAEL BRUNO, ANDREW LEE, ALEXANDER NOYES and JASON ROSEN deliver a unique sound that fuses Rock and R&B. Honor Society released their debut album Fashionably Late in September 2009 featuring youthful anthems like “Sing For You,” the wildly popular song, “See U In The Dark” and the dancefloor jam, “Here Comes Trouble.”
Fans will have the opportunity to see 86 of the NFL’s brightest stars who will descend upon South Florida to help kick off the most-anticipated week in sports leading into the Super Bowl.
The Pro Bowl had been played annually since 1980 at Aloha Stadium in Honolulu, Hawaii the week following the Super Bowl. The Pro Bowl will return to Hawaii for the 2011 and 2012 games.
The 2010 Pro Bowl will be the first played prior to the Super Bowl and only the second Pro Bowl played in the same city as the Super Bowl. The Los Angeles Coliseum hosted the first Super Bowl on January 15, 1967 and the Pro Bowl the following week.
LARRY FITZGERALD of the Arizona Cardinals was last year’s Pro Bowl MVP. Fitzgerald caught two touchdown passes, including the go-ahead score with 4:03 remaining, as the NFC rallied to defeat the AFC, 30-21, in front of a sold-out crowd at Aloha Stadium. The Vikings’ ADRIAN PETERSON led the NFC in rushing with 48 yards on 8 carries and one touchdown. ELI (New York Giants) and PEYTON MANNING (Indianapolis Colts) were the first brother quarterbacks to play against each other in the Pro Bowl. Eli completed 8 of 14 passes for 111 yards and one touchdown. Peyton was 12 of 17 for 151 yards and one touchdown.
The AFC and NFC squads are each comprised of 42 players with 21 offensive and 17 defensive players plus four specialists. A 43rd “need” player will be chosen by the head coach and must be a cornerback, defensive end, linebacker or long snapper. The coaching staffs of the losing teams in the AFC and NFC Divisional playoffs with the best regular season record will serve as the coaching staffs of the AFC and NFC teams.
